Heylo is a software platform for groups. We build for group leaders. Heylo helps group leaders build community and collect payments. From volleyball clubs to volunteer groups, Heylo is the software platform for group leaders to bring people together.

Everyone deserves the chance to belong to a great group. It can be life changing!
Great groups start with great leaders. But leading a group is not easy. Before Heylo, nothing was built for leaders. They cobbled together different tools on a shoestring budget. It left group leaders feeling disorganized and their members feeling disconnected.

Heylo is changing the game for leaders. Leaders are special people who put their energy into building community. We celebrate them! Heylo gives leaders tools to deliver great experiences for their members and build even stronger communities.

Your role on the team.
As the Heylo growth marketer, you will:
- Lead weekly team-wide growth sprints
- Design growth experiments by developing minimum tests and hypotheses
- Execute a wide range of campaigns, from events to written content
- Work closely with Heylo team members and contractors to ensure project quality and delivery
- Measure the impact of growth campaigns, from A/B tests to estimated reach and conversion
- Codify and share learnings to inform future projects
- Contribute informed opinions in regular product brainstorms, sprint planning sessions, and product strategy discussions
- Communicate directly with customers to unearth new campaign ideas and improve onboarding
Experience. 4+ years of general growth marketing experience.
- Learned best practices from a great mentor or strong growth/marketing team.
- Exposure across a wide-range of campaigns. Not limited to one channel.
Builder. Can execute a wide-range of campaigns yourself.
Team player. Can manage team members and contractors across multiple projects.
Quantitative strategic thinker. Led by data. Understand the big picture but pay close attention to the details too.
Growth-mindset. Open to new ideas. Nothing is impossible.
Bias toward action. Feel the urgency to launch.

Heylo is a remote-first company, but we get together in person.
We embrace remote work and do not mandate 5-days per week in an office. We’re builders, so much of our time is spent writing, coding, designing, and launching. We document, and we communicate via video and phone.
We also deeply value in-person experiences as a product and a company. We’ll gather on a regular basis for offsites, strategy sessions, product jams, and celebrations. Most of of in-person gatherings will be held in San Francisco on a twice-monthly basis.
